Common questions
What's the difference between $29 and $69?
+
$29 is a great way to try a coach review. You get full feedback within 24 hours, your movement profile starts building, and any coach who reviews you again opens your video with your full history in front of them. $69 turns that into an ongoing coaching relationship — two reviews land in your account each month and they all go to the same coach. Your coach knows you. They watch your movement evolve. The memory layer is the same at every level; what changes is the cadence and the same-coach continuity.
What does 'same movement understanding, every review' actually do?
+
Every review — no matter which coach reviews it — works from the same framework, the same scoring logic, and the same memory layer. So when your second review happens, the platform shows the coach your prior reviews, your patterns, and what your last coach wanted you focused on. Coaches give the judgment. The platform preserves the continuity.
What's the live session in Movement Partnership?
+
Once a month, 30 minutes with your coach to walk through what you've been working on. They come in with your recent reviews, the patterns surfaced from them, and your current focus area — already in front of them. It's a movement check-in, not personal training — same coaching frame as your async reviews, just synchronous.
What if I want to move between levels?
+
All three levels can be changed in the Stripe billing portal — one click. Your movement history carries forward across any level change; nothing resets.
Can I cancel anytime?
+
Yes. One click from the billing portal. You'll keep access through your current billing period — no retention friction. During beta, the first month is also money-back if it's not useful.
What if a review wasn't useful, or my coach becomes unavailable?
+
Either way, your movement history doesn't reset. If a review wasn't useful, we'll arrange a complimentary re-review with a different coach — no questions. If your coach becomes unavailable, we hand you off to another coach with your full movement profile attached: prior reviews, patterns, current focus area. The new coach reads the same memory layer the previous one was building.
Are your coaches actually certified?
+
Every coach holds at least one credentialed certification (CSCS, NSCA-CPT, USAW, or equivalent). Their certs are public on each coach profile, and we re-verify annually. Each coach also goes through ongoing quality reviews — cue quality, tone consistency, specificity — so the bar holds as we grow.
Why two reviews a month, not four?
+
Movement improvement takes weeks of practice between reviews. Padding the count to make Movement Continuity look generous would mean you'd run out of meaningful changes to upload and feel like you're wasting credit. Two reviews a month is what most people actually need — and it keeps your coach able to give each one full attention.
Do you offer team or gym pricing?
+
Yes. If you run a gym, training facility, or sports team, email support@spykfit.com — we offer custom volume pricing and a dedicated coach pool.
